Shoden Data Systems UK creates Customer Service Team

June 2009 by Marc Jacob

Shoden Data Systems UK, a provider of data storage solutions for organisations facing backup and data recovery challenges, announced the creation of a customer service team to support end users located across Europe.

The team, who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Shoden UK’s products, currently includes Paul Miller and Sundeep Dhillon; together they boast nearly 25 years’ experience in the IT industry including positions at EMC and Siemens. The customer service engineers will work closely with their South Africa-based colleagues to develop comprehensive support system backed up by the 24/7 support centre at Shoden Data Systems (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg.

Miller, Shoden’s senior integration engineer, brings the system integrator a wealth of expertise thanks to 20 years’ experience in the IT industry including VMware-focussed roles and nine years at EMC and 12 at Siemens. Dhillon, now Shoden’s integration engineer, also comes from EMC, where he spent five years implementing SANs.
