SNIA Europe Welcomes Ann Thueland to Board of Directors

Ann Karolin Thueland, Manager Storage Solutions Marketing EMEA at Dell Corporation, joins SNIA Europe’s Board of Directors. An expert who has held various managing and marketing positions at companies such as Compaq, HP and Fujitsu, Ann looks to strengthen the marketing profile of the association’s European board: working closely with the marketing committee, she will lead SNIA Europe’s continued end-user education and look for tie-ins with its channel-focussed activities.
With over a decade of experience in enterprise IT marketing, Ann will work with SNIA Europe to promote relevant standards and firmly establish the association as Europe’s primary storage and datacenter technologies thought leader. Her past work in community building and IT certification is a valuable asset when it comes to supporting SNIA Europe’s education program focusing on the management and administration of new storage networking standards. Ann will look to integrate these activities with SNIA Europe’s dedicated channel program offering best practices, expert advice and certified training courses to the resale, distribution and administration community.
