| Protegrity appoints Iain Kerr as Senior Vice President of Sales |

| Protegrity Corporation, provider of data security management solutions to the enterprise, has appointed Iain Kerr to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. |
| A senior business executive with a record of demonstrated success, Kerr has extensive international business experience with software and technology companies such as Verid, Sygate, Vista Software Solutions and Hyperion Solutions. Prior to joining Protegrity, Kerr was Senior Vice President of Sales at Verid, a knowledge-based authentication solution provider where he more than doubled revenues in the 18 months prior to acquisition by RSA/EMC in June 2007. Prior to Verid, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sygate Technologies, an enterprise endpoint security vendor, he grew revenues over 100% prior to the company’s acquisition by Symantec in October 2005. Kerr has a BA in Business and Finance, from De Montford University, Leicester. |
