Prevent from phishing with Keydo FIDO U2F security key
June 2015 by Marc Jacob
Due to phishing resurgence and a significant increase of digital attacks, NEOWAVE and gPartner
signed a partnership agreement to promote and deploy the Keydo FIDO U2F security key to Google
for Work users. This partnership reinforces Trustelem and gPartner agreement previously signed in
2014.
The Keydo Fido U2F security key enables simply and with a better security level the two-factor
authentication on gmail, without going through the stage of your phone. Indeed, it is no longer
necessary to enter a security code received via SMS on your smartphone to access to your Google
account; just insert directly your Keydo Fido U2F security key into your USB port.
gPartner by Devoteam is the first Google for Work Premier Partner in Europe.
gPartner supports its
customers in security solutions and identity management implementations.
NEOWAVE is a company specialized in strong authentication solutions. NEOWAVE launched in March
2015 the Keydo FIDO U2F security key. Keydo is FIDO Ready U2F certified (https://fidoalliance.org/).
Trustelem operates a unique cloud authentication solution to connect corporate directories such as
Active Directory to applications such as Google for Work. Trustelem takes advantage of Keydo tokens
to combine directory authentication and 2 step authentication.
Keydo is also fully compatible with Google services: Gmail, Google Apps, Google for Work,… .
Google for Work security offer strongly recommends the combination of 2 step validation and the
security key.
