The Web portal now lets senders and recipients securely store, share, and transfer complete file directories with a few simple clicks. The new transfer notification feature automatically sends an e-mail to recipients to let them know if secure files are awaiting download from a secure server, files on the server have been deleted, or a new account has been created. As well, the revamped tabbed interface centralizes all the options relating to file transfers, document management, and member, group, and user community accounts administration. Its intuitive nature means it only takes a few minutes to understand how to use it, substantially reducing the need for technical support. Administrators will appreciate the portal’s automatic monitoring capabilities, as well as the possibility of producing logs and complete statistics reports of all transfer activity to help meet compliance requirements.
