Under the Time-Attendance and Access Control domains, Matrix has launched its cutting edge multi-spectral, biometric fingerprint based premium door controller - COSEC DOOR FMX, which outperforms other sensors by improving accuracy, speed and security.
COSEC DOOR FMX is proven to work well for chemical industries, mines and companies with manufacturing units or remote locations having extreme weather conditions. This advanced technology of Lumidigm made sensor reads two layers of a user’s finger – the surface and subsurface. Hence, even if a worker is aged with wrinkled fingers or a worker has dirty, oily, wet, dry or sticky fingers, he or she would still be granted access without any complications. And this gives an edge to the device over the biometric devices with other sensors. It offers effective biometric solution combating the issue of finger identification, which tends the HR to reenroll a user’s finger.
The device’s multiple connectivity options of PoE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Mobile Broadband (3G/4G) make it more flexible in use, even in remote locations. It provides a scalable solution with the in-built features of 100,000 template storage and 50,000 user capacity.
Installing a COSEC DOOR FMX can benefit organizations in four ways:
• Fast and Intuitive User Identification
• Works for all Users in Extreme and Tough Conditions
• Enhanced Security and Authentication of Users
• Effective Biometric Device with Reduced Finger Rejection Issue
