Innovation in crisis management

In a changing world where crises are increasingly multi-faceted and have devastating consequences, security and risk management professionals have created Crisotech, a consulting and training company. Their goals? Find new ways to break deadlocks, to train better the teams under pressure, and use technology to manage quicker and more efficiently the most serious crises.

When discussing the term crisis, we immediately think of terrorism. Yet, the prism of the crisis is much broader: it is food poisoning, industrial crisis, including the crisis of reputation with the rise of social networks ... Today, no public or private organization can ignore crisis training. It is essential that leaders establish organizational systems dedicated to train to manage potential crises.

In the emergency climate and current stress, anticipation is the key word. And some have developed innovative solutions to help companies and institutions to anticipate to prevent risks. This is the position of Crisotech and its 25 experts and consultants leading daily security audits, co-drafting procedures, creating crisis cells and training staff on crisis management and crisis communication.

Many companies have decided to trust them with this most sensitive part of their strategy such as Sanofi, Thales, Alstom, Orange, Natixis, Airbus, but also institutional as SGDSN/GSDNS (General Secretariat for Defence and National Security), the Army, the OECD and also schools that train students to this new order, such as HEC, Les Roches International School of Hotel Management …

To meet these growing needs, Crisotech surrounded itself with multidisciplinary teams with diverse crisis experiences. But the company also wished to develop innovative technological tools : "Travel Risk Info®" , an app that can identify, in real time, from the smartphone, the risks of the countries visited by employees of a company and select the best local partners to secure transportation. "CrisisDirectory®", an accessible directory crisis on your mobile where you have all the emergency contacts worldwide. Finally, Crisotech developed "SocialRoom®", a platform to learn how to manage personal media pressure of social networks.
