French State entrusts CloudScreener to control their Public Cloud Service Quality

Through the State Interdepartmental Directorate of Digital Technology, Information and Communication System (DINSIC), French State assigns the control of their public cloud metrology to Cloudscreener. This collaboration follows a previous one which was set up in July 2015 and aimed to reinforce DINSIC evaluation methodology as part of its tender process. Today, DINSIC renews its trust in CloudScreener to track and evaluate Orange Business Services cloud plateform quality of service on a daily basis.

In this context, we place our trust in CloudScreener to give us a neutral and independent analysis of our external cloud provider actual performances”, says Alain Merle, Director of DINSIC ‘Data Centres Transformation’ Program.
Provide data and tools to evaluate, drive and optimize cloud infrastructure.
The objective of SaaS interface development by CloudScreener for DINSIC is to test, measure and provide (24/24, 7/7) the key metrics of quality service and performance as well as its cloud infrastructure SLA. Those indicators are provided by in a configurable and customizable interface to allow DINSIC team members to follow external cloud platform performance levels as well as to verify the provider’s commitments in real time.
CloudScreener already implemented this new solution at many customers who care for actual performances delivered as part of the contract.
