Datum Datacentres builds on its success

Datum Datacentres, the Farnborough-based business-critical co-location data centre provider, is delighted to announce that they have commenced the build-out of an additional hall.
Launched in early 2013, Datum now has an impressive client list co-located within FRN1. Over 30 companies of all sizes and interests are represented, including organisations from FTSE 100, Fortune 500, high security and the public sector.
Datum’s client set includes businesses who are long-term users of co-location, some looking on behalf of clients and some seeking to place their own infrastructure in a reliable third-party data centre, as well as organisations seeking additional disaster recovery solutions and crucially, companies who have never before outsourced their data centre. Each company approaches the selection process in a different way and each one places different weightings on the various elements that make up the offering. Datum’s flexible approach and business outcome focus has helped every client to have access to the co-location service that they need, with pricing and contracts that deliver a package that makes more commercial sense than doing it themselves.
