Mr. Roberts FCA, brings over twenty years of experience from the technology industry, ranging from early stage companies to international public companies. As an accountant and financial adviser he has guided companies on fundraising and strategic management issues, as well as being instrumental in numerous mergers and acquisitions. He assumes responsibility for the company’s financial and treasury operations.

Prior to joining Codima, Mr. Roberts was an accountant with Grant Thornton and a partner in the award winning accounting firm, Wingrave Yeats where he held positions as finance partner and a key member of the management team. Mr. Roberts has served as chairman of the supervisory board of ECOVIS, the international network for accounting firms.
