Axis Communications launches three mini domes

Axis Communications launches three mini domes offering great image quality even in challenging light conditions. Compact and discreet in design, they support advanced analytics based on deep learning on the edge.
AXIS M3085-V, AXIS M3086-V, and AXIS M3088-V* deliver great image quality in 2 MP, 4 MP, and 8 MP, respectively. Thanks to Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), they ensure clarity even when there’s both dark and light areas in the scene. Additionally, AXIS M3085-V and AXIS M3086-V include Axis Lightfinder for sharp, colour images even in low light.
These compact mini domes offer support for intelligent analytics based on deep learning on the edge. This means they deliver valuable metadata facilitating fast, easy, and efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. AXIS Object Analytics comes preinstalled and knows what to detect so it’s possible to focus on objects of interest - all tailored to specific needs. In addition, with support for ACAP, it’s possible to add value to the system with tailor-made applications.

These cost-efficient products offer a wide range of mounting accessories for flexible and discreet installation. They include Axis Zipstream with H.264/H.265 for reduced bandwidth and storage requirements. Additionally, edge storage makes it possible to record directly to an onboard memory card. Furthermore, Axis Edge Vault protects the Axis device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis devices on the network.
